Membership FAQs: 

How do I join a membership?

From the booking page, select Memberships and from there choose your desired membership. Or just mention it at your next appointment and we'll get you all set up!  Your first month begins the day you enroll. 

How is payment handled?

Memberships are billed automatically each month through your saved card on file. You’ll never need to remember to prepay or schedule separate payments.

Do unused services roll over?

Memberships are designed for consistent maintenance, so services do not roll over. However, you can always gift your unused appointment that month to a friend or family member (just let me know first!).

Can I cancel or pause my membership?

Absolutely — memberships can be paused or canceled anytime after the initial 3-month commitment (for the Black tier) or with a 30-day notice for Gold and Platinum.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time if you’d like to add more treatments or move into a higher tier.

Do I still need to prebook my appointments?

Yes — memberships guarantee your rate, not your time slot. Booking ahead helps ensure you get your ideal date and time.

Are product costs included?

All gloss and color services include standard product usage (up to 4 oz). Any additional product needed for extra-long or thick hair will be discussed during your appointment.
